I. Product overview

DR-801C is a special sampling device for petroleum samples in environmental water which reaches international advanced level. The original theory of "ideal (or hypothetical) water column" makes the measurement of oil in water have scientific basis and have passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by the government.

It fully conforms to ISO、GB, HJ and other standards, as well as the technical specification requirements of Water and Wastewater Monitoring and Analysis Method (the fourth edition supplement), and is applicable to the collection and application of oil samples in water.

II. Principle and functional characteristics

<unk> Stratified sampling: Petroleum substances in environmental water are distributed non-uniformly and are roughly divided into three layers: Oil film layer - emulsion layer (pollution source monitoring) and dissolution layer (environmental quality monitoring). Since the toxic components of each layer are different under the action of water chromatography and the hazards to environmental water are different, they shall be collected and monitored respectively. DR-801 C sampler can meet the requirements of stratified sampling, and collect, monitor and evaluate the harm of each layer to environmental water.

Accuracy of measurement: In order to make the petroleum substances in water be correctly measured, the environmental water body is creatively assumed to be composed of numerous water columns. Finally, the oil concentration of the water column is used to express the oil concentration of the environmental water body. Through scientific point arrangement, the representative area is selected and the water column [ideal (or hypothetical) water column] is collected.

The DR-801 C sampler itself is a qualified measuring instrument, which provides a reliable tool for correctly measuring the amount of petroleum materials in environmental water.

<unk> Original ecological collection: The sampling device adopts the static interception mode perpendicular to the water surface from top to bottom for sampling, which is essentially different from pumping and filling. It can intercept and transfer the original ecological water environment to the laboratory and keep the original water sample.

<unk> Convenient operation: The sampler is equipped with oil film collection and dissolved oil collection devices as standard, which are respectively used for collecting oil and water samples of surface oil film layer, emulsion layer and dissolved layer. The sampling device is also used to operate the bottle. After the bottle is taken back to the laboratory, the extractant is directly added and extracted by shaking with an oscillator without secondary transfer of the bottle.

III. Application Field

DR-801 C water quality petroleum sample sampler has been widely used in many fields because of its quantitative or non-quantitative collection ability. It is applicable to the research work of scientific research institutes and universities, as well as the monitoring and analysis of surface water, industrial pollution sources, domestic sewage, lakes, reservoirs, marine and other environmental water bodies.
